As VP of Schools for The Jon Gordon Companies, I help lead our Power of Positive Schools and Energy Bus for Schools programs. This is dedicated training for school leaders, teachers, staff, and students. The material is based on Jon's flagship books: The Power of Positive Leadership, The Power of a Positive Team, and The Energy Bus.

I also run the podcast 'Communicate to Motivate' focusing on strengthening communication skills in all areas of your life. I tell stories, give take-aways, and bring on special guests to provide weekly value and guidance in the area of communication.

In addition to speaking, training, and podcasting, I am a Professor of Communication Studies with Keiser University E-Campus. This allows me to teach public speaking, interpersonal communication, and business communication courses in a fully online capacity.
